Pulp and paper wastewater treatment technology

        Pulp and papermaking wastewater pollutants are complicated, which mainly contain lignin and its derivatives, sweets, chloride, bleach and other dissolution substances (residual alkali, inorganic salts, volatile acids etc), of high concentration organic pollutant but biodegradability is poor. After years of theoretical research and engineering practice, we developed a new technology of “anaerobic+ aerobic+ depth processing” independently. This processing make full use of the biochemical reactions characteristics of various stages of biological populations by adsorbing, degradation, utilizing and conversing pollutants. It has yielded good results in the middle pulp and paper wastewater treatment field. 
        In engineering practice, according to the raw water pollutant concentration and different effluent standards, adopting scientific process of targeted measures and using different processing unit combination reasonable, we combined the pulse distribution of water acidification reactor, anaerobic reactor as UASB, EGSB, IC to aerobic treatment unit such as the Carrousel oxidation ditch, deep jet aeration aerobic treatment, supplemented by the deep processing to make the treatment effect secure, investment and operating economy. It has used both inside and outside of many large pulp and paper companies and achieved good treatment effect.
