      There are mainly three aspects of problems about existing wastewater biological nitrogen removal technology. Firstly, nitrifying bacteria is autotrophic bacteria and grow slowly, in the mixed culture of activated sludge systems cannot compete with heterotrophic bacteria and it is difficult to gain advantages. Secondly, nitrifying bacteria is susceptible to external environment impacts, and is particularly sensitive to the impact on the environment as toxic shock. The system would be difficult to restart. Thirdly, nitrification and denitrification processes in time and space is difficult to unity and poor nitrogen effect, caused the biological nitrogen removal of the multi-step bio-catalytic reaction limited by substrate transport rate, substrate and product inhibition and other restrictions. In order to figure out the realistic problem existed in traditional denitrification, we effort to break traditional theory from all aspects of the biological nitrogen removal and providing new theory and ideas for research on biological nitrogen removal technology to make it has a high application value.     
      We improved A2/O wastewater treatment technology by combining UCT process and Biolak biochemical reaction basin, Carrousel oxidation ditch process characteristics. To get the best effect of phosphorus and nitrogen removal by the progress composed of the relatively independent anaerobic, anoxic, aerobic area zone. Superiority:
 ●Overcome the shortcomings of traditional A2/O and its existing improved technology existing in engineering application. 
 ● Solve the contradiction between the nitrogen and phosphorus removal.
 ● Urban sewage treatment plants to achieve the efficient and stable operation.
